<p>michael谢谢你,我有跟你的banker接触过,很好的人。我的agent说估价还没出来让我不要着急,我买的房子的屋主要卖这间买别间。</p><p>很抱歉给您的电话您的朋友打来的时候我都不在,因为我买房子的钱一部分要从中国汇过来,都在问怎么汇过来安全又便宜啊什么的。呵呵,所以很不好意思。</p><p>您快有新宝宝啦,真是太幸福了,恭喜恭喜!真是个好先生好爸爸,这时候是应该多陪陪太太,多跟宝宝聊聊天,宝宝一定感受得到的:)。</p>

The sellers's agents are all asking for 40-60k COV regardless of the location or condition of the units. Do you think this is normal? Should I buy at this price now or wait for 2 more months?
