请教楼主一个问题:我们在JURONG WEST 看了一套房子,是翻新过的,可是翻新费还没交,HDB网站公布这一带的组屋翻新费是10月20号BILLING.那我们现在定下买房子的话,还是房东付费。请问HDB的消息是准确的吗?可能延误的可能性大吗?

Thanks a lot for your information. <p></p><p>Yes. I have already stayed in the 4-Room flat for more than 3 years. However I am told by the HDB officer that only after I have completed the MOP of the 4-room flat, I am allowed to buy the resale EC but I must stay in my 4-room flat. </p><p>I believe maybe the actual practice is not as strict as the official regulation. Even though I own a resale EC, can I still get approval from HDB for renting out my 4-room flat if the MOP has been met? Maybe I can argue that I rent out both and stay with my relatives [em04]. </p><p>Thanks and very appreciated if you could give me some hinds on actual practice regarding below mentioned</p>
