这条规定2015年5月18号HDB update过， and/or essential family members貌似是之后加上去的。

这个是您给的2013年的。通篇只提到PR Owner.

Table B: Disposal of existing HDB flat upon purchase of private property in Singapore by PR households Type of Private Residential Property in Singapore	Treatment
Completed	PR flat owners must dispose their HDB flat within six months of completion of purchase of the private property.
Uncompleted	PR flat owners must dispose their HDB flat within six months of granting of Temporary Occupation Permit or Certificate of Statutory Completion, whichever is earlier 2.

您读下您提供的2013年的政策，通篇只提到PR Owner.

以下是HDB网站现在的信息，加了essential family members进去.

* Singapore Permanent Resident flat owners and/or essential family members of the flat are required to notify HDB of their purchase of the local private residential property before they exercise the Option-To-Purchase (OTP) for the property. They would also be required to undertake to sell their HDB flat within 6 months of acquisition of a completed or uncompleted local private residential property.

多谢多谢, 其实看你那么说后我私心也是希望我的理解是错误的,这样还能有多一个选择。省2%也是省啊。
