不是好像，是确实不算
不过这样很不公平
像sales这种相对底薪低但bonus高的
实际收入要比多数拿稳定月薪的高，还高不少

选择留组屋，买condo。

偶不太喜欢新EC的第一个原因是地点都太偏，选择太少。
第二个原因是如果买了EC,以后还准备换CONDO的，EC租金回报率不及HDB

包括regular allowance，不包括bonus。自然不包括CPF啦

国内读到博士基本就30了，再工作几年，再读master，怎么都不会太年轻拉，可见转行不到40都不算晚，就是要转对行阿。

也怕买了condo, hdb要en-bloc... 还需要卖condo, 住组屋， 如果要保留组屋的话。

我朋友是青建的，她说如果每年都是这个数字的bonus，是算在内的。因为有纳税记录。
