<p>楼主真是好人[em02]</p><p>我也有几个问题想要请教你。</p><p>1.SC+PR工作2年左右,2个人的月薪不到6000适合买HDB吗?考虑到还贷这些。如果是SC+SC,比较SC+PR有什么优惠吗?</p><p>2.二手房买后多久可以出租?</p><p>3.因为准备1-2年后去国外继续读书,到时候没有CPF,想通过收租金的方式还贷可以吗?</p><p>4.如果是SC+SC,买250K左右的房子,90%可以向HDB贷款吗?如果不可以,首期要付多少?其中多少%得付现金呢?</p><p>现在房子的租金是越来越贵,就考虑着自己买房子租给别人,不知道行得通不。不好意思哦,如果问题有点“笨”请谅解[em04]</p>
