<p>有几个问题请教</p><p>如果我们想买政府还没有建好的新组屋,比如2012年建好的房子,如果我们现在交了订金,2012年家庭的总收入超过了8000(目前我们的收入还没有超过8000),我们还能申请HDB贷款还有申请那个3万的补贴吗?</p><p>如果我们家庭收入在两三个月内会超过8000块,我们从现在开始看房,能够在收入增加之前拿到政府补贴和HDB贷款吗?收入不超过8000块,是以拿到政府那封HDB Loan Eligibility (HLE) Letter时的收入为准吗?</p><p>多谢</p><p></p>
