请问我的经纪要求第一次面议后就支付经纪费，这样合理吗？我给她之后他还会继续为我服务吗？如果给钱后服务不到位怎么办？

if u are worry , just pay the agent after the completion, usually the agent is fine with it.

anyway an old agent will still give good service even after collect the commission during the 1st appt cause what they want is long term relationship rather one time business.

eligible for the housing grant if their gross family income is below
8k. However, if the income is slightly above 8k, say 8050, are they
still eligible for the grant? Someone told me they have to buy 5-room
or EC to enjoy the grant, is it true?

( can tell them due to over-time, laundry allowance etc)</p>

for myself , i pay commission to the seller agent .

if u don't want to pay com. just get yr assoicates to help u , but end of the day u own your associates a favour.
