&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 本人是PR,先生是新加坡人,因为有了孩子就想买套4房式的HDB。一直想买新的,但太抢手了,很难买到,现在只有些2楼的,好的地点新的太贵了,旧的也不划算,都住了二十多年了还要260K.我想买价位在200K的房子,后港盛港一带的只有5年房龄。请问新加坡二手房市场网站。

i also want to know, so far there is a lot of website , but the biggest sources is from sph classified ads.

IMHO,
i will wait until get SC then either get a new flat or a resale flat with grant.
the cost involve (legal fee , agent fee, stamp duty, misc, etc) and the effort (go around to see hse unless u like to visit other ppls hse) .

and the saving is not really much, i prefer to wait until get SC first.

请问我的经纪要求第一次面议后就支付经纪费,这样合理吗?我给她之后他还会继续为我服务吗?如果给钱后服务不到位怎么办?
