好像你自己在otp原件上第8页签字就好，然后让你自己的中介做个见证，然后在第4页（貌似）4000块的地方写上支票日期，哪个银行什么的，再让中介签个字，可以复印一份支票复印件，让买方签个字说是什么时间收到，作用是去执行otp，应该就比较保险了吧。如果中介很讨人厌的话就直接和屋主沟通。

关于valuation report真是不清楚啊

exercise是没有问题，我们当然可以坚持14天之内exercise.问题是要submit去HDB需要卖方签字，或者还需要一些卖方的document. 我的agent现在一个team几个人在研究要怎样处理这个case.we also try to find out more useful information by ourselves.

直接去HDB问比较好。一般是要先exercise，如果对方要你等，则可以另外商量（比如通常是三个月，OTP上可以写四个月等）。当然，HDB的可能有特殊规定。

HDB的report当然要有效，因为那时要求之一。但这个报告应该不影响贷款。贷款银行会自己做报告的，他们根本就不需要HDB的报告

My agent went to HDB and got detail answer from HDB.
If Seller insists to do contra, the only way to solve that problem is to wait until the seller exercise the other transaction and submit both transactions together to HDB. No other agreement is admitted by HDB. Even though one transaction is submitted earlier, HDB will take the date  they receive the later one as the submission date.
I think I have no other choice but to wait and pray. Pray the seller can find their favorite house soon and the seller agent can keep his promise and submit both transactions to HDB before expire date of the valuation report.

人家说的是执行过后30天内才submit，我看没有问题的

中介不敢不按时submit，这是犯法的

只要你自己保有双方签字的OTP的复印件就可以了

快要到30天的时候你自己打电话去HDB查询看看有没有收到你的submission

没有就提醒你的中介，如果没有按时提交，就要告他失职

要罚款和坐牢的，具体法律条规我都查询过
