<p>Now I would like to buy a HDB unit that evaluation is S$325K,and we agree S$17k above evaluation. </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>But now the problem is this is a negative sell. So all the amount will go into owner's CPF account. And owner dont have the cash to paid to his agent. </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>So now they ask us to paid S$7K(which is owner agent's com) to the owner agent. So the selling price is S$342K, but on the document the figure is S$335. </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The question is:</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Is this legal? Or do we have any way can protect ourselves?</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Please assist me.</p>
