<p>[em01]</p><p>还想问一下楼主,我们最近对jurong west的一个叫"the floravale"的EC很感兴趣,不过它是6年前建的,发展商说已经fully sold了,可是从成交量来看应该没有都卖完呀,是怎么回事呢?是不是转售给代售商了呢?因为我们想买新的没有被住过的unit,所以想问问可以去哪里找代售商呢?agent&nbsp;fee又是怎么算的呢?&nbsp;</p><p></p><p>谢谢</p>[em01]
