<p>[em01]</p><p>还想问一下楼主，我们最近对jurong west的一个叫"the floravale"的EC很感兴趣，不过它是6年前建的，发展商说已经fully sold了，可是从成交量来看应该没有都卖完呀，是怎么回事呢？是不是转售给代售商了呢？因为我们想买新的没有被住过的unit，所以想问问可以去哪里找代售商呢？agent&nbsp;fee又是怎么算的呢?&nbsp;</p><p></p><p>谢谢</p>[em01]
