<P>actually, cheap or expensive depends on yourself </P><P>i'm using Singtel now, because i got promotion. quite cheap. signal is good.</P><P>i have 400min free talk time, including the 019 call back to China. </P><P>and singtel monthly charged fee would reduce for second year and continue to reduce for third year, and so on.</P><P>starhub signal is not so good, at least in NTU. only one hostel got signal. most of the labs and library have no signal at all. but it's bill is quite cheap if u got promotion. my company got 30% off for all starhub bill, but poor, i have just signed the singtel one. starhub handphone is not so cheap, i thnk.</P><P>for M1, yes, signal is good, handphone is cheap with 2 year plan. but it's bill is not reasonable. 200mins free talk time, but usually i would exceed and the bill becomes more than $40 per month. but i think i did not make so many calls. </P><P>And one thing i would like to remind every M1 user is that, do call the customer service after 2 years of contract. tell them that u wanna terminate the line. they will try their best to lower ur monthly charge to keep u as their customer. the lowest price they give me is<FONT color=#ee1111> <FONT size=5>$13</FONT></FONT> per month........Very cheap oh</P>
