本人就是今年5月在keppel 签了一年合约，然后我做到第4个月找到新工作就递信了。不过需要做满一个月notice period。合约是不会注明违约需要交罚金的。一般是公司叫你走，赔你一个月，还是提前一个月通知你。
不然就是你自己辞职，你赔一个月给公司，还是你做满一个月给他。
