还有，大家的律师费多少啊？有没有好介绍啊？

我以前用过的律师回复说，全部Legal Fee 是2千5，不知道还有其它什么费用吗？

Citibank 火险挺高的。这你要权衡。

关于火险的问题，我大概计算了一下，0.1%的差别可以cover 火险的差异，尤其是当sibor看涨的话。虽然都是差0.1%，但是当sibor涨上去的时候，要还的贷款差别也会随着增加。

citbibank的一个好处是可以在1/3/6/12个月的sibor之间换，是citibank的一个好处额。

意思就是从第一年到以后一直都是0.95+3M sibor？

他用的是COMBO: 就是SOR和SIBOR的平均，好像不可选1，3，6还是12月
