专业人士和外劳是政府和移民厅分的，大多数人怎么会分清楚？排外在中国大城市比较常见，但也只是欺负自以为不如自己的。

不好意识我好像弄错，开电脑时看到的是这段：For the past 50 years of my life in Singapore, I have seen the awesome progress my country has made on all aspects. Standard of living went up but the trend of progress and improvement somehow spluttered and then went bumping downwards in the last few years. Inflation came in but overall living environment seem to deteriorate altho' certain aspects can be considered good if one ignored all the hiccups along the way. At the same time, I noticed that composition of our society changed drastically very quickly. I am used to working with foreign professionals but suddenly everyone became a foreigner or new PR. It is quite difficult to find a fellow "old vintage" Singaporean. It doesn't need a genius or crystal ball or a million dollar minister to correlate the 2 trends.
一时没弄清楚就回帖，唉！可能是本能反射吧！谁叫咱是中国人。

Of all the ppl there, why this "mental guy" slashed the PRC couple?

My little nephew replied maybe, they behave and sound different and "frightened" that mental guy.

以上是新闻原稿里的，看到这一个回复我的时候，我心痛了一下。大人种族偏见是跟文化及国情有关，可是小孩子呢？

之所以发这个贴子，只是想探讨一下道德，无关种族，无关国界。犯罪者就必当被谴责，而受害者也必当被同情。这是基本的道德基础。当这一道德基础被颠覆的时候，与当初的纳粹思想又有何异。或许有些言重了，可无论如何，从原YAHOO新闻里的回贴普遍性分析来看，种族歧视和冷血无情却体现的淋漓尽致。

另外说一下，我不常看英文新闻，这反而是一个印度同事要我去看的，他是IT工程师，他说他看到到一则关于你们中国人的新闻，特别是那些评论，感到很气愤。本来不关他种族的事，不过兔死狐悲，印度外劳被歧视得更厉害。外国人都帮我们愤怒了，我想国人们至少也会少少的愤怒一下吧。至少不能一出无论什么事，首先就要国人检讨。。。

国内的情况，国人的本性，此时也不是重点

当一个国人在国外被欺负的时候，不是去相救，而是讨论他的功与过，不是很可悲吗？

新加坡的外劳政策是新加坡政府定的，跟那个被害人有关系吗？

不说实质性的帮助，连个声援都要被批，在这里真的令人心寒

在法国有华人被欺负或合法利益得不到保护，有很多人不但给以声援还有很多实质性帮助，不然那些游行抗议的费用那里来得，都是华人企业和个人出的
