这个我不太确定,不过查了下HDB网站,发现了以下内容(专业人士铜牌和Miichael是否可补充一二?):

Seller will grant an Option to the buyer, to buy the resale flat at the agreed resale price. This to be done at least 7 days after the Resale Checklist is completed.
By Seller
Page 1 of the OTP is to be filled up with the correct information:-
- Option Date and Flat Address
- Resale Price of the Flat (Purchase Price)
- Option Fee ( a sum between $1 to maximum $1,000)
- Option Expiry Date and Time
- Particulars of all the sellers and buyers (Name and NRIC)
- All Buyers' Name and NRIC
At this stage, only the sellers and resale agent are required to fill up the OTP form. As a buyer, you are not required to sign anything on the Option to Purchase. However, in exchange for the Option, you need to pay an Option Fee to the sellers, the fee is negotiated between you and the sellers:
- The Option Fee could be a sum between $1 to a maximum of $1,000
Once the sellers have granted the Option to you, they cannot grant another option to another buyer until the Option granted earlier expires.
