Well, I wonder too.

As I see, no one hates being rich (high ROI), let alone using cheap money as good as almost free.

No doubt, these RICH guys may buy their houses by cash for their own residence. Other investments in property? Really not sure.

The media always tends to report the eyeball-catching news. Whether this Sentosa Cove buyers reflects the major crowd of oversea buyers, we don't know and I don't think the press cares.

Last but not least, excuse my questioning for the ethics practice standards of the media workers nowadays. :o

大选后立马出新政的可能性应该比较低吧。。。虽然大家都知道政府帮自己拉选票，但是拉完了马上反悔，那以后谁还给他投票啊？

恩，现在推出房子的开发商不少都是前几年高价拿地的吧，本来预期转个钵满盆满的。。。这下他们过春节的幸福指数可能要低些了。

可以的，但是要政府批准，只可自住，3年内不许转卖
