目前楼价真的偏高，刚才去隔壁的帖子看了一圈，不少希望在2011或2012年买个公寓，有位网友写的是70万三房公寓。这是大家的心愿，希望到时候能跌下来。回忆起05，06年的时候，裕廊东的公寓只有40几万，感慨万千。

it is the price of condo in 2005, my friend bought one near Chinese Garden. Now it's almost double.

realy? so cheap. you know 4-room HDB near chinese garden also above 300,000 in 2005.

oh, you are not aware of it.

It's true. Most of this kind of condo were priced below 450k at that time. I have viewed quite a few.

....怎么上次听一个朋友说 买了5房式... 就是三房两厅 只有30万而已.. 不过他是新加坡人..　怎么差距好大．．60w也要存很久了啊 哎@

so right investment is stronger than hard working, wait for next cycle. the Price of condo almost same with HDB.
