HDB launches new DBSS site in Tampines

（Jun 23, 2010）Homebuyers can look forward to another Design Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) project in Tampines.

The Housing and Development Board (HDB) is launching a residential site for sale today by public tender. The site is at Tampines Avenue 5 and Central 8, and is adjacent to the first DBSS project, The Premiere@Tampines.

It has a lease term of 103 years and is be able to accommodate 580 units.

A total of 95 per cent of the flats will be set aside for sale to first-time buyers. The tender will close on Aug 3.

HDB will also release another two DBSS sites for tender in the second half of the year at Bedok Reservoir Crescent and Upper Serangoon Road.

The sites are estimated to have a combined yield of about 1,000 units.

DBSS 是不错。我看我朋友的Pinnacle @ Duxton 造的真的蛮不错的。

最新的MRT downtown line，就有一站是bedok reservior，是在给bedok reservior的DBSS加温啊！
