Only when a guy calls a GIRL face-to face directly or through phone sms that she's a prostitue then it's sueable & even that it must be proven beforehand that this guy oredi know the real actual identity of the girl he called a prostitute at the point of time that he called her a prostitute then the charge can proceed..

That's why in many local forums, many pro-oppositions forumners ALWAYS dare to scold vulgar words including KNNBCCB on those forumners that post say they support PAP but becos they all use annoymous nicks in a faceless forum, the PAP supporters forumners cannot sue the PRO-oppositions forumners.

The real actual identity of all parties must be established 1st before anyone can sue anyone

The only exception is if you are slandering a well-known PUBLIC figure but even then in your post u must specifically write down her full name in yr post clearly & this well-known public fugure must also prove in court that becos of your post he/she had suffered material/financial standing loss as a result in order for the charge to proceed
