the respect xxx(company name), at one time i had the honor of signing labor contract with your company after successfully passing the qualified  interview at the end of 2008. Unfortunatelly, i had to reversal the contract due to some reason.
Recently i am delighted to  heard that your company Recruiting new Employees once again and i wish xxx(company) can give me the chance to attend the interview. I  sincerely wish i can become a menber of this company.
I have been in Singapore for 5 years. Now i am a technical personnel in Philips.

However, due to reasons still unbeknownst to me, the contract was withdrawn and voided. Recently, I have been informed that a recruitment exercise for a similiar position has been initiated. After residing in Singapore for five years, I have adapted well to the local environment and culture, and I am currently employed by Philips （as a Technician)/（in a Technical Support function).
