条款如下:
The undersigned *Vendor(s) / Purchaser(s) agrees to pay * Dennis Wee Realty Pte Ltd Dennis Wee Properties Pte Ltd of BLK 190 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh #03-512 Toa Payoh Shopping Center Singapore 310190 (hereinafter called "the Agency") for services rendered, a fee of Singapore Dollars __________(S$3000.0) inclusisve the prevailing Gooods and Services Tax(GST), at the HDB's First Appointment and agrees to pay the said fee and GST immediately to the Agency should the undersiged fail to proceed with the sale or purchase of the property. The said fee and GST shall be paid by crossed cheque to the Agency.

照条款来看是需要还的.

不过是再什么情况士签条款是非常重要的.

1. 再不知情下和受误导下,
如仲介放在OTP 的下方,签到不知道.
2. 再知情和解释下,
如在抢房子的时侯,
可是过后某种原因需要放弃房子.

如果是第一种原因, 可约仲介去仲介行当面把话说清楚
[在老板级或管理层的人物下见证]
应该会有完美的结局.
