非pr找工作分享(一)-我行你也行-SP/EP/就业准证交流-新加坡狮城论坛

我找工作这1个多月经常参考过论坛上很多成功人士的帖子，深受鼓舞，如今革命成功了，当然希望能给＂后人＂借鉴。我能成功那么一定更多的人能成功.
1  我不是pr,算是找工困难户。
2  我大学专业和之后工作经验都在银行,所以我只投银行,也就是大家所说的本地人的专利,外国人(非内部transfer)的禁区。
3  偶然和maybank的一个中国职员通话,她说银行里几乎所有外国人是新加坡读大学,虽然我是国内重点大学的本科,但还是离进银行的外国人条件差了一截。
4   我是个很容易放弃的人,曾一度产生了读硕的念头,还到处找学雅思的地方。
 
     当我三顾raffles金融中心最终和某银行签下卖身契后,觉得世界上没有绝对,更没有不可能,我做到了,那么那些比我条件好的人,学历高的,经验多的,心态好的,pr持有者不是前途更光明,机会更多吗? 当然我的个例更适合那些从中国来拿旅游护照的同胞。（我先生是马来西亚人，但在找工方面应该我和中国境内人地位一样吧，可能雇主在住所的稳定和经济能力方面少点顾及,但真的要你他们会安排这些的）
 
先发此贴用来鼓励所有在新，来新找工的同胞姐妹，具体的找工经历和面试总结待续，太晚了，找工辛苦的姐妹好好休息，明天再加油。

Normally, all the dreams will be come true if you have the patient to stay in a company for many years. In terms of some GIANT people's words - Money matters with the time (maybe to say patient is more proper) & experiences.<o:p></o:p>

Suggestions flying all over the time and spaces by saying keep changing is the key principle to survive in any kind of career path. The wiser has wise views, VSing the "unrest" changing, the "calm-downs" have their advantages, at least those cohort are able to deep in one path till the summit - bear in mind all roads lead to the triumph! So, staying in a bank to wait for money flowing to your pocket! If yours overflowed, please let me know, I can lend you some.<o:p></o:p>

thank ls, pr is not the most important for job hunting i admit ,but pr is a necessarity or advantage to apply most of the positons here, u can see the ads on all job hunting websites. for people who have no special skill with young age, they will choose normal positons which prefer pr most. pr will get easier to have an interview than non-pr like mel. tell u the truth, i only got one interview---only this one. foreign bank welcome me instead of local banks who demand more staffs and fewer requirements,so i think pr status is the key.
 
i agree with your comment on banking, as i know my bank have fire some staffs recently, it's more difficult to find job in financial institution than before. but waiting the sun rises. hope to see what u have guessed today----high bank a/c statement[em59]

and now the bank & bank related businesses are sinking following by $'s value crashing...
 
but,,,, if you can sell yourself to any bank in sg, the PR / SC or high bank-account-statement just one step away from you because sooner or later bank will be back to normal.

目前算不厉害,但希望有天能厉害,正在找方法能渐渐变得厉害,当然也想和很厉害的朋友交朋友,让自己变得更厉害.如果你们觉得自己是厉害的人,那么请帮我厉害

我是感谢我父母栽培我到本科，但是你可知在这里我曾经觉得找份大专的工作都难，投了很多本地银行，有他们的前台，甚至teller,有些只要a level,但都没有回应,那时我觉得本科什么都不是,白读了,直接想在这里读个硕,给自己贴金.
后来总结,找自己能力最高的那个岗位上,摆出一副人才样,人才引进,人家想外国人能做本地人不太能做的工,如果是普通工的话,那么他们宁可招本土人,后来我就专注找银行中的本科岗位。
面试表现一般，只是学过一点肢体语言,抓住对方感兴趣的话题讲
