没错,等5年。
可以去新山买,同样价钱买个5000尺独立洋房,带私人泳池的。

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>If you are using HDB house&nbsp;loan for your current HDB, you cannot apply bank loan as borrower for the private property. That mans you have to use full cash payment.</p>
