在国内有BANKING经验的人，怎样去新加坡工作？

<br>在国内的 foreign bank 有几年的工作经验了，最近想出去一段时间充实一下，也好有一些overseas experience. 这种情况是直接在国内申请新加坡的工作呢？还是破釜沉舟的，辞了工作，到新加坡一心一意找工呢？ 很难决定啊！
<br>1. 如果在国内找，去面试都不方便，估计机会不大吧！？
<br>2. 如果辞职去新加坡，就把自己的退路全断了阿！？ 大家帮我参详一下阿！ &nbsp;

But upon that success, changing job just like turning your hand-back. So, if you really want to stay in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Singapore</st1:place></st1:country-region> for long, I suggest you do not too crab at the salary at the beginning.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p><span lang="EN-US">2.Actually, Singaporean's English is not that bad even though not&nbsp;very good nor, but the interview always conducts in English. So you need to prepare so common used Singlish - probably, they can be found at sgchinese.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
