But upon that success, changing job just like turning your hand-back. So, if you really want to stay in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Singapore</st1:place></st1:country-region> for long, I suggest you do not too crab at the salary at the beginning.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p><span lang="EN-US">2.Actually, Singaporean's English is not that bad even though not very good nor, but the interview always conducts in English. So you need to prepare so common used Singlish - probably, they can be found at sgchinese.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p><span lang="EN-US">3. The experience is very important, cos <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Singapore</st1:place></st1:country-region> is a realistic country, who brings benefits to government who is welcomed.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
