<p>You could attend a preliminary assessment for&nbsp;ICA to determine your eligibility for Singapore citizenship on&nbsp;your merits. </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Previously there is an online assessment page, however due to ICA change their websites, i could not find the link even through google search. </p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>So you may go to ICA level 6 for this preliminary assessment before you submit your application. For every case before you submit application, they will do preliminary assessment. They only accept application for eligible people. </p>
