<p>am 26 yrs of age, UK undergraduate and master degree in Media, got 2 offers recently</p><p>in singapore, Mediacorp offers me the senior position, which is Senior Executive (in marketing) position, basic salary is 2,200 plus commission also really attractive benifts such as&nbsp;fully coverd&nbsp;medical insurance,2 or 3 momth&nbsp;bonus etc</p><p>the other offer is from China, an famous top ten 211 University, working as an lecturer in teaching media. of cos the salary could not be very high, as starting from 4k RMB i guess. but&nbsp; everyone knows in few years time, the incoming of univ. lectuere will be no probs, getting rich is just the matter of time. </p><p>the decision&nbsp;is&nbsp;getting tough now, i could not make a good choice, anybody can tell me which one i should going with?</p><p>many thanks<br/></p>

<p>Stupid job title with a cleaner's salary... I guess " Senior Cleaning Executive or Supervisor" get such payment in Mediacorp...</p>

<p>no i can not agree with you, everyone knows mediacorp always pay very little money, ask any singaporen if you do not believe that. and if i was not recurit as marketing executive, i will only got 1500 to 1800 monthly starting salary as woking in production team, such as cameraman or editor. I do fell lucky to get 2,200 in mediacorp, and also please do&nbsp;notice the commission, as an marketing person, the commission is much more than the basic salary, depends on how my work going. I belive within 12 month i will get 2,200 basic salary plus 2,000 commision each month. It is good enough for me, an 25 yrs old graduates.</p>
