<p>丰隆金融的房贷利息明年涨为5.2%了,好贵啊.</p><p>不知道其他的涨成怎样了?</p>

<p><font size="4">新加坡的银行间隔夜拆息率是金融机构提供的贷款利率的基准利率,新加坡的银行间隔夜拆息率已从年初的3%左右降至目前的2.13%,所以新加坡贷款利率应该下降才对,贷款利率不降反升,反映的是新加坡银行间竞争不够。</font></p><p><font size="4">5.25%有点高,去其他银行问问,我的UOB目前是4.1%,又有一年多未变了。</font></p>
