[原创]各位PR 看过来

<p><font size="5">各位朋友，</font></p><p><font size="5">申请了PR 之后大家想不想回国呢？我想绝大多数还是想回去的，一般来说都想保留PR 不想入籍，这样多一个选择。毕竟新加坡这个小地方潜力有限。</font></p><p><font size="5">如果回去了之后，RE-ENTRY只有5年，RE-ENTRY 过期了 （1）想回来，怎么办呢？（2）假若在新加坡有房子（暂时不想卖掉），，房子怎么办呢，（3）还有CPF怎么办呢?</font></p><p></p><p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>找个公司帮你按时交CPF就好.</p><p>我朋友拿到PR就回国了, 前不久回来延期, CPF户口只有200多块.</p><p>移民厅只给延1年...&nbsp; 说1年后看CPF记录再决定延多久.</p><p>如果只有1年的CPF或税务记录, 只能延5年, 如果有3年的CPF记录就可以再延10年.</p>

On his/her return to Singapore, he/she may be granted immigration facilities accorded to an ordinary social visitor. He/she can report to the Permanent Resident Services Centre, 5th Storey, ICA Building to apply for reinstatement of the SPR status. If approved, a fee of S$50 has to be paid for reinstatement of the SPR status. If you plan to leave Singapore, please ensure that your REP is valid on your return.</font>

<p>A SPR who remains outside Singapore without a valid REP will lose his/her SPR status. </p><p></p><p>（1）如果你人在国外，当RE ENTRY 过期的,没有re new，PR 身份就会失效，如果你好久没缴税了，人在中国renew 的话，可能也拿不到10年。</p><p>（2）如果一直在新加坡 PR 是永久的。</p>
