<p>你收到的pr信上有写啊,你pr信的第二页写的</p><p>if any of your family member(S) is below 15yrs old and not in Singapore, you may collect the ENtry Permit on his/her behalf.The Entry permit allows your family member(S) to enter Singapore and becomes a permanent resident. it is valid for entry within 6months of the date of issue</p><p></p><p>Applicants who are abroad should submit their applications through the nearest Singapore mission.</p><p>你的pr approval letter上面都写的很清楚啊</p>
