我孩子的中国护照还有四年才到期，现在可以换发新的十年护照吗？

你孩子在中国报了户口，护照过期了也算中国人，中国没有护照的人多了，只要新加坡入籍时不通知中国政府，孩子的户口在中国还是有的啊．你要让孩子在新加坡读书，那要回国的话用新加坡护照也可以啊
