<p>下面一些是转的，我自己没做多少功课，就用了Mayer的DELIZIA，S$265,安装要40，就自己装了，还挺简单的。Mayer在很多地方都有店的。</p><p>看看下面的，你也可以比较一下其他品牌。</p><p>另外，这边市面上的抽油烟机都是过滤式的，有活性炭或者其他材料在里面过滤油烟和气味，看过一个计算公式，需要的功率大小由你厨房大小决定，当然最重要的是你煮的方式。</p><p>just had an enlightening chat with HL & PJ. I was considering between these black tempered glass hob from<br/><br/>Turbo (703)<br/>cuzino (8.3VCGB)<br/>Elba (733)<br/>EF (3838)<br/>(I didnt check out bellari after all the bad review).<br/><br/>Cuzino, elba & EF all similiar looking. Cuzino & Elba is cheapest (only hob $360) & EF at $400. Turbo 703 is slightly different with 2 cookers on right. Turbo 703 ($420) is similiar to EF GH 3868 ($440) but EF has a raised stainless steel in front. <br/><br/>Turbo & Cuzino uses battery for the starter, while Elba & EF uses electricity. If using battery, pls use non alkaline heavy duty battery. Do not use alkaline long lasting battery as it shorten the lifespan of your hob. Only for electronic stuff like mp3, walkman, camera etc then use alkaline battery.<br/><br/>In terms of hood - EF CK-Vetro (720 suction/$580) is similiar to Cuzino NC798 (800 suction/$580) is similiar to turbo 1050 (720 suction). <br/><br/>EF CK Forte (720 suction) is similiar to Cuzino 598X (800 suction).<br/><br/>Elba only has limited hood design (triangular type) & low suction power (with exception of Super Perla at 1200 suction).<br/><br/>In terms of package price, cuzino is most attractive. So I'm considering between Cuzino, or to take the Turbo 703 hob (like it for the size so my stove wont hit the toilet door) & cuzino's hood. But the mix & match package will cost me $200 more.<br/><br/>Turbo 703 comes with 1 big, 1 medium & 1 small cooker. As the stand above it is higher, and the fire smaller (3.5) vs Cuzino 2 big, 1 small cooker (fire of 4.2), turbo takes a longer time to cook.<br/><br/>All the burner comes with coated ring. Dont have cast iron rod. But at PJ, you can add $60 to change the cuzino 3 ring (2 big, 1 small) to cast iron. The benefit of cast iron is it will never rust. But if you drop it, it will crack. The original coated ring will rust. To min rusting, ensure its cool after cooking before you wash/wipe the ring.<br/><br/>Tempered glass = all tempered glass has been tested in 500 deg cel. So it wont crack that easily. So dont be too bothered about the lifetime warranty coz the hob will most likely spoil before the glass crack. I think only Cuzino & Bellari offers lifetime warranty on their hob. My current home is using a techno gas musketeer glass hob for over 10 yrs, and no crack. <br/><br/>Usualy hob warranty is 1 yr except Fujioh which i think offer 3 yrs. Fujioh hob & hood are known to be good, but its very pricey & no tempered glass.<br/><br/>When buying hob, must take note of the inner size.
