问大家一个有关student pass的白痴问题

我想更新我的学生证上面的地址，要上哪里去更新呀，需要带什么文件么。。。有没有在网上就可以更新的呀。。。谢谢各位大人了。。。

<p>Foreign students are required to report to ICA if there is
                    a change in address. The student or a proxy can report to
                    ICA Student's Pass unit from Mon to Fri, 8am to 4.30pm with
                    the following documents:</p>
                  <p>Documents Required<br/>
                    Valid travel document and a photocopy of the personal particulars
                    page;<br/>
                    Student's Pass card; <br/>
                    Visit Pass and Disembarkation/Embarkation card; and <br/>
                    Report of Change of Address form duly completed and signed
                    by the student (available at the Information/Queue Ticket
                    Counter at Visitor Services Centre)<br/>
                    <br/>
                    Request submitted before 3pm can be collected on the same
                    day. Request made after 3pm can be collected on the next working
                    day.</p>
