关于SP申请DP的问题

昨天仔细读了一下MOM给我的信，发现其中有一条写SP可以为自己的配偶和小孩申请DP的。我没结婚，这些对我没用，所以以前也没注意。昨天才留意看到，不是说SP不能为配偶申请DP嘛？改政策了？不太明白，问问论坛里的朋友吧。
