又有问题了，好心人帮帮我啊

<p>请问各位，老板有没有权利不通知我就把我的S PASS CANCEL 掉呢。。。现在S PASS 在我手里，好担心我的S&nbsp;PASS 被莫名的作废。。。倒是侯又没有白卡，，那不犯法了吗？？？</p><p>如果老板单方面取消我的S PASS ，是不是必须得有人通知我把 S PASS 交上去啊</p><p>谢谢。。现在每天过的日子都提心掉胆</p>

The&nbsp;S Pass holder must surrender the Pass for cancellation within seven days from the date of cessation or termination of employment. The following documents must be produced at the Work Pass Division for the necessary cancellation: <br/><br/>- A letter from the employer stating the reason for the cancellation of the Pass<br/>- The Pass holder's valid travel document and S Pass Card/Original Notification letter<br/>- Immigration White Card (IMM27) duly completed<br/><br/>A two-week social visit pass will be issued upon cancellation. <br/><br/>In the event that the S Pass holder has vacated office without informing the employer and the travel document cannot be produced for cancellation of the Pass, the employer must produce a police report, in addition to a letter requesting cancellation of the Pass. <br/><br/>The levy for the month will be computed till the&nbsp;eve of the cancellation date&nbsp;of S Pass at&nbsp;Work Pass&nbsp;counter.&nbsp;
