<p>填申请表遇到问题了， 大虾们知道得帮帮我，现谢谢了。另外谢谢kelvin70</p><p>1: authorised capital 和paid-up capital是什莫区别？ 怎莫填？</p><p>2: highest academic qualification attained (if different from item 3), and item 3: 1st degree, type and class, 是不是前者写我的大学文凭， 后者写我的大专文凭阿？</p><p>谢谢大家帮忙， 另外有没有人4月要一起申请pr的。可以一起去。</p>

<p>1) Authorised Capital是公司的在公司注册时,公司的顶线资金. Paid-Up- Capital是公司注册资金.2000年以后的公司都没有 Authorised Capital.只有Paid up capital</p><p>2)对</p><p></p>
