HDB house top floor problem

I buy a HDB house rencently. It is on the top floor. But now I am a little worry about the the rain leak problem. So I want to know, in singapore, the rain leak problem is serious or not? Especially friends who live on top floor also,please tell something about your house. Thanks! sorry for my poor english, I can not click chinese here. |
