请问一下是不是新加坡的公司的老板是不是都可以随时炒人的？看到美国在新加坡的公司offer上写着：My employment is for no definite period and may，regardless of the date of my wages and salary, be terminated at any time without any previous notice. 是不是说双方都可以随时终止这个合同，这样岂不是詪没保障么？
