咨询：买房需要哪些费用？大概需要多少现金？

请教：如果要买一个三房，17万左右，贷款80%，那么还需要多少现金，可以把房子买下？谢谢。

自己出的那20%里面,需要有5%的cash,就是说，你要出8500cash，剩下的25500可以用CPF出

<p>还有大概4，500的各种手续费。</p><p>另外如果你的卖价高于估价，高出的这部分需要全部用cash来还。</p>

Actually Michael's info about Lawyer isn't very accurate.<br/><br/>If you opt for those law firms like KK Yap, Colin Ng, you will get legal service around 1800, including the 500 mortgage stamping fee, will save you a few bucks.<br/><br/>
