normally the JTC is only selling to the existing tenant, and some they have ask agent to sell in open market, u may want to call the jtc hot line and check it out. please check their website.it will be the same as those selling in resale market , the only different was the sellers is jtc and cannot use resalenet , only normal submission. so PR or SC all can buy and of course u can use hdb loan if u are qulify

唉，连michael都从不讲起obtain OTP到exercise OPT这14天是用来干嘛的，可见天下中介一般黑。其实政府很人性的，设定了OTP，就是给你14天时间内慎重考虑，随时可反悔的。大家去HDB网站上多学习吧，只有HDB是最可信的：<a href="http://www.hdb.gov.sg/fi10/fi10201p.nsf/WPDis/Buying%20A%20Resale%20FlatProcedures%20-%20Obtain%20Option%20to%20Purchase?OpenDocument&SubMenu=Procedures">http://www.hdb.gov.sg/fi10/fi10201p.nsf/WPDis/Buying%20A%20Resale%20FlatProcedures%20-%20Obtain%20Option%20to%20Purchase?OpenDocument&SubMenu=Procedures</a>你如果问起你的中介什么叫做OTP，他绝对不会跟你讲14天反悔这个事情的，都是讳之莫深。不好的中介还会在你obtain OTP时候连exercise OPT的签名都叫马上你签了，而你不知到这是什么意思，就稀里糊涂签了，就自动放弃了那个14天反悔期。到时候连多考虑一下的机会都没有了。

我们想买组屋,前几天交了OPTION FEE 刚和中介去银行签了贷款合约,OCBC二年半的FIX RATE3.95%...是不是很高啊??中介是不是会从银行那里拿到好处啊..?谢谢LZ
