normally the JTC is only selling to the existing tenant, and some they have ask agent to sell in open market, u may want to call the jtc hot line and check it out. please check their website.</p><p>it will be the same as those selling in resale market , the only different was the sellers is jtc and cannot use resalenet , only normal submission. so PR or SC all can buy and of course u can use hdb loan if u are qulify

<p>我们想买组屋,前几天交了OPTION FEE 刚和中介去银行签了贷款合约,OCBC二年半的FIX RATE3.95%...</p><p>是不是很高啊??</p><p>中介是不是会从银行那里拿到好处啊..?</p><p>谢谢LZ</p>
