<p>刚打算买房,因为是第一次,好多东西都不明白。看了楼主的帖子算是上了启蒙课。谢谢。:-) 这里有两点不甚明了,想请教 Michael. <br/><br/>1)买房子通常是要找经纪人的。我应该找1位还是2位呢(我的意思是说能不能找2位经纪人同时帮我看房子,这样会比较快而且多一些选择。因为想尽早定下来。但不清楚是否允许)<br/><br/>2)我知道大多房主会要求高过估价的价位。比方说一套房子估价280k, 卖主要求到300k, 按照80%的银行贷款,我的首付是怎么计算的:<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; a) 300K * 20% 外加全部的税跟杂费 抑或:</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; b) 20K + 280K * 20% 以及全部的税跟杂费&nbsp; (是任选一种还是必须是其中一种)<br/><br/>望不啬指教,非常感谢。 :-) </p>
