<p>Michael:</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp; My friend and I take same package from DBS (different banker),but he can get much more benefit ,for&nbsp; example :I have only 2 years fire insurance paid by DBS but he get 5 years,some more he enjoy more legal fee subsidy,and he&nbsp;get 10% loan 0 interest rate.&nbsp; Why there is&nbsp;so much&nbsp;difference?His benefit we can not see from DBS website,he said as he is DBS customer (he has DBS account) and his banker give him.But I am also DBS customer why my banker never give me? Thanks </p>

i have check with the dbs banker regards this Qns, he mention that all customer are treated fairer , the only possible cause will be due to different point of time they take the package, like those last year are enjoy 5 year fire insurance and those sign up this year are enjoy 2 year fire insurance.

I would like to buy condo but I am not sure whether it's the same in interest rate of loan compared to HDB if say 90% debted from bank. I am PR. Another question is normally what's the room for bargin with the owner, say asking for 380k what's the lowest offer for owner to take? Thank you very much!
