those near to MRT is a bit higher , high floor and renovation is a important factor also.

it depend a little bit on neg. skills also.

<p>Michael, 緊急求助</p><p>1) 请问刚刚申请成为公民的人是否可以马上买新房子？还是一定要等一定的时间.</p><p>2) 请问刚刚申请成为公民的人买房子是否也有30K的政府津贴，有什么具体要求么？比如买新房或者2手房都有扣30K么？</p><p>望帮忙解答，感激不尽.</p>
