<p>请问michael:如果用公积金买房,房贷期限和金额可以在开始贷款以后更改么?商业贷款呢?其各自利率大概为多少?</p><p>如果我不在新加坡工作了,PR会被cancel么?如果会我的房子怎么处理?</p><p>感谢</p>

can, please talk to a banker to get more information, i can pass the banker contact to u , no need to pay money to make enquiry.

i am not so sure what this mean? are u refer to commercial property loan ? or other loan?

PR normally is renewable every 5 year ,if u are 不在新加坡工作, u may not be able to renew the PR , i am not so sure on this issue , but i know in the event that your PR is cancel, u have to sell yr flat.

for me, I 只想帮人, so u think u want to translate to chinese , i am more than happy , but i will only be able to held responsible for my own english input. if i have time , i don't mine to go and check the translation, but now u know the market is pick up in all sector , i may not have so much time to check for u. i will try my very best, cause to share the correct knowledge with fellow agents and general public is very important ( at least to me , i think this way)
