求助帮朋友询问持EPQ1换雇主要准备什么材料

我的朋友现在在一家西餐厅做厨师，EPQ1的准证是那里的老板帮申请的，可是他做了半年后老板不仅给他加大工作量还要扣工资，他实在受不了，想换一个工作，就不知道怎样处理准证的问题. 自己要准备什么材料去人力部办理！希望有经验的朋友提供意见！

不用办理，只要找工作，让新雇主申请WORK PASS，现有EP不必CANCEL

可是我朋友现在自己的资料中缺少公证件（如，文凭公证书。。。）会不会影响他去申请work pass呀？还是人力部可以在他的EPQ1的资料中查到他的资料，他很担心这一点
