<p>26 Jan 2007</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I could not &nbsp;go swimming&nbsp;recently ,because&nbsp;I am on my time of the month ,,,,,so yesterday I rode bicycle from parkway to airport,then&nbsp;came back,,,,it is long way ,I spended one and half hours ,,,today I ache all over.,,,,,</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;Now ,I want to rest ,,,but when I&nbsp;see&nbsp;myslfe&nbsp;--I am gaining flesh,,,,I must do more exercise for using up added fat and keeping my figure.....</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp; so , I have to go riding&nbsp;bicycle,,,,,,,,,,,,</p><p>&nbsp; [em04][em04][em04][em04]</p>

<p>&nbsp; I've&nbsp; just arrived&nbsp; home&nbsp;by &nbsp;bicycle,I&nbsp;am &nbsp;drenched&nbsp;by &nbsp;the rain now&nbsp;,when I was on&nbsp;my back way which is near the&nbsp;Bedow，the weather&nbsp; was&nbsp;rain&nbsp; suddenly ,,,,there&nbsp;were not place for avoiding rain,,,,,,</p><p>&nbsp; Riding bicycle on the rain is a enjoyable thing,,,hehe </p>

<p>27&nbsp; Jan 2007&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp; After busy morning ,I am having &nbsp;coffee break now,,,,I am going to school later,usually we have communion calss&nbsp;at 2-4pm at saturday ,each full time student in this school joins this class&nbsp;for free,</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp; This class is helping us to be able to communicate with others ,I like it ,really!</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp; I have to go ,,,,,,</p><p>&nbsp; </p>
