<p>ep holders r NOT eligible for GST refund. and Rado watches can be found at most shopping malls, so do not go places like lucky plaza or taka where prices r more expensive. try places like reffles city, where there r less tourists. </p><p>and plz remember to ask the merchant to give u discournt, normally 15% to 20% off the marked price. </p>
