SP申请被拒的几率那么高吗？

我是国内大学今年本科毕业，薪水在1800以上。公司帮忙申请SP的。刚刚听朋友说，像我这种情况SP不容易通过。要看MOM officer的心情。年年都有不少人被拒然后不停地上诉。SP申请被拒的几率真的那么高吗？是不是被拒之后上诉成功的可能性也很小呢？希望大家有经验的来说一下吧～～谢谢了！

喔。。我没有在新加坡居住过。。学历证书公证后应该可以得到承认吧？

会比较倾向在新加坡有居住过的，国内大学最好是他们承认的
