<P>hi,i'm going to study either in the uni of Liverpool or Cardiff from which i received conditional offers. But i suppose i would definitely go for Liverpool subject to my successful application for scholarship of Liverpool and i will be majoring in Civil&amp;Environmental Engineering.</P>
