EP? SP?

Hey people. I am holding an Australian Passport. Just recently I have received an offer from one of the big four firms in Singapore, but the basic salary is only$1700. Do you think I can be granted a work visa? Anyway? I suspect the company HR should know more than me, right? Do I need to worry anything about it?
有没有人知道呢？我是澳洲的护照，本科毕业。被新加坡一家4大公司雇佣，因为职位比较低吧，所以起薪是1700，他们说每个月100块的bonus。所以总共是1800。这样有可能会被批EP或是SP吗？

first of all,, i thought these companies are high salary companies..i don't know why they give you only 1700, but the HR must be very experienced in dealing with such affairs. normally, there is salary limit for EP >2500, SP >1800, sometimes, the company will apply pass with high salary, but you can not get that level,...but i have only heard small companies do like this....

对呀，我也莫名其妙呢。。。因为我的background可能不够好吧，职工作了一年，所以只能够从最基层做起把，所以工资不会高了。4大刚进去是这样的。。但是机会也还不错啦。毕竟公司好。我想有的发展。
我也看到是1800什么的规定。所以觉得想要问问看需不需要问下HR。。基本工资是1700,有100的bonds。。所以总数是1800。。
哎。。。真是的，。害我现在机票没办法定。生怕批不下来。[em11]
